Mr. Montgomery was born and raised in Springfield, Missouri, where his practice is based. He was national merit scholar and attended the University of Missouri where he achieved the Deans list each semester. He performed internship for the office of United States Senator Jack Danforth in Washington D. C. and at Barristers Chambers on Fleet Street in London. He obtained his juries doctorate from the law school at the University of Missouri in Columbia..
Mr. Derrick received his undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri. He earned his law degree from the University of Missouri at Kansas City, where he was named to Dean’s list, was a member of Law Reviews, and was a student teacher. Over the past quarter century his practice has focused on civil litigation.
He began his career defending corporations, professional and insurance companies, but later refocused his practice to represent individual victims of wrongful conduct. His broad experience includes the handling of catastrophic personal injury, insurance, product liability, consumer protection, class actions and commercial claims.
Mr. Vaughn has been a licensed attorney for 29 years. he has extensive trial experience in civil litigation including personal injury, medical malpractice, worker’s compensations and divorced/ custody.
Mr. Vaughn received his undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri – Columbia and received his juries doctorate from the university of Missouri – Kansas City.
