Some of the most commonly asked questions from timeshare owners.

Timeshare ownership can sometimes feel like a trap that you can’t get out of. At Montgomery & Newcomb LLC we understand this!

The Offer: You received what felt like a very enticing offer with free tickets to attractions, discounted hotel rates, and more.

The Presentation: All they wanted you to do was sit through a very “short” presentation. Hours later you are still trapped in a small room listening to a high pressure sales pitch by relentless sales personnel.

This is followed by round after round of signatures on documents that are rushed through and not always clearly explained, leaving you very little time to read through the information.

The Bill: Your first bill comes in the mail and it can be a very rude awakening!.

Taking A Vacation: Now find out all the frustrations you are going to experience trying to actually book your vacation. Unpaid fees, lack of sufficient points, or a myriad of other excuses will keep you from ever enjoying your timeshare the way you imagined at the beginning.
