Own a timeshare and want out? Contact us so we can help!

We are an established law firm focusing on timeshare ownership termination. We are NOT a real estate or timeshare resale company, and we do not send our timeshare clients to “affiliate” attorneys – we help timeshare owners GET OUT of their timeshare contracts.

Were you told that the timeshare would go up in value over time?

Were you offered a “free” trip or meal, only for it to turn out to be a sales pitch?

Did the timeshare saleperson promise they would buy it back if you wanted?

Were you told you could rent or sell your timeshare whenever you wish?

These are just some of the unethical, coercive, and even fraudulent tactics used in the timeshare industry. If these tactics were used on you, you may be able to get out of your unwanted timeshare.

Every case is different. Contact us today so we can help.
