Montgomery and Newcomb LLC is for those who have a timeshare that they want to cancel or get out of. We can assess the value that you are getting from owning a timeshare and what steps are necessary to get out of it.

Our fee is calculated on an individual basis, and is determined once our team has the opportunity to review your individual timeshare interest and the current status of your ownership. Our consultations allow us to assess your situation and provide you with a tailored exit fee.

No, we don’t sell timeshares or upgrades. Our only purpose is to get you out of your current timeshare once and for all.

In addition to our in-person consultations, we also offer online consultations that you can attend from the comfort of your own home. This affords you the option of a secure portal through which you can speak with a team member and ask any questions you may have. You can choose to video chat or simply call in as they assess your timeshare status and walk you through what to expect during the exit process.

Often, if no action is taken – your timeshare interest(s) will pass down to your heirs.  Montgomery and Newcomb LLC understands that some timeshare interests might continue to burden an owner’s heirs or estate after the owner’s passing.  Please contact us for a free consultation on these issues.

Your team of Account Coordinators will provide status updates throughout your exit. Along the way, do not hesitate to reach out should you have any questions.

We are here to help regardless of your circumstances or the number of timeshares you own.

The choice of a lawyer is an important decision and should not be based solely upon advertisements.
